Product features:Shear plates are made of mild steel, which has low yielding strength and good ductility. Compared to the primary structure of the building, metal dampers are more prone to yielding, allowing them to dissipate seismic energy through plastic deformation.
Product Introduction
They are primarily used to replace concrete coupling beams. They can improve the energy dissipation of the coupling beams and provide damping for the structure. Installation of metal dampers will not alter the appearance of the building. However, this type of damper is not suitable for dissipating of vibrational energy caused by wind forces.
